When do I get paid

As your referral pays. Cello accrues 15% of each payment the company makes in its first 12 months and pays you on its monthly cycle. Annual plan, you see one commission. Monthly plan, you see up to twelve. You watch it land in your portal.

What counts as a payment

Recurring subscription revenue, net of any discount, actually collected. Onboarding and one-time fees don't count. If a payment is refunded, the commission on it reverses. Nothing else claws back.

My referral already uses one of your products. Can I refer them for another?

Yes. The check runs per product. A Roofle customer you send to Sales Rabbit, RoofLink, or Roof Rabbit pays. A company already subscribed to the product you're referring them for doesn't, and we tell you that the moment they submit.

If two of us refer the same company, who gets paid?

The link they converted through. No splits. We tell you up front so nobody's surprised.

They didn't click my link. They called sales.

Then we can't see it, and we can't pay it. Links only for now. Get the link in front of them, even after the call. We'll revisit manual submissions once the program has run a quarter.

How long does my referral stay mine?

If the company becomes a customer within 180 days of submitting through your link, it's yours.
